Personality: Neoma has always been seen as an easy person to get along with. If you lie near her (tell a lie, I mean) or do evil near her, or if you have done too much evil in the past, she will regard you as a threat and lock you in her cage.

History: Neoma was chosen by Elina to be the Guardian of Light many years ago. She is worshiped by everyone who wields the Light magic. She defends it with everything she can. Without Neoma, lightning would strike people and the sun would extinguish.
